E-commerce - Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) - Quezon City
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) Specialist to craft compelling and visually appealing online shopping experiences across our e-commerce platforms. This role will play a key part in driving customer engagement, enhancing brand perception, and increasing conversions through strategic online display planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement visually engaging online store displays, banners, and layouts across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Coordinate with internal teams (Creatives, Client Service Managers, Digital Marketing) to align on visual direction for campaigns, promotions, and product/collection highlights.
Collaborate with brand principals and external e-commerce contacts to ensure brand visuals meet required standards.
Ensure all banners, assets, and imagery are accurately placed, clickable, and aligned with current promotions and inventory.
Create and manage landing pages/custom pages that complement the brand’s campaign strategy and improve customer journey.
Check buyer views regularly to ensure optimal visual presentation and functionality.
Manage monthly campaign visuals, including double-digit and payday sales, flexi-combos, new arrivals, and product highlights. Lead periodic store rehaul/revamp efforts (every 3–6 months) to refresh and optimize overall store visuals.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce or offline visual merchandising and digital design.
Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and visual marketing strategies.
Proficient in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external brand representatives.
Experience with marketplace seller centers (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) and tools like Anchanto is a plus.
Familiarity with layout/wireframe creation and banner design principles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Tools & Platforms:
E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora etc.)
Anchanto or similar inventory systems.
Basic design/wireframing tools (optional, if not handled directly)
