• Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of VM displays (both window and in-store), in coordination with the store-in-charge or store VM champion. This includes implementing VM directives, planograms, and in-store communication (ISC) tools across all locations, using the store ISC copy as a guide.
• Build positive rapport with customers and demonstrate the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable follow-ups.
• Submit VM reports after each store visit. Reports must include before-and-after photographs, any requests for VM tools, and concerns that may hinder execution. Include competitor window executions, if applicable.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.
• Experience in customer service can be an advantage

Skills:

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, or similar) may be beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.

Creative Ability:

• A good eye for aesthetics, with a keen sense of color, balance, and design.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative displays effectively.
