Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist for a critical project-based engagement at the TP Cebu IT Park site. In this role, you will lead high-volume talent sourcing to scale our customer service and technical support teams.You will be directly responsible for identifying, engaging, and processing top local talent to fulfill immediate class demands.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidate pipelines utilizing social media channels, database mining, and local network groups.
- Screen large volumes of applicants through efficient, high-standard English language evaluations and behavioral profiling.
- Coordinate seamless on-site recruitment drives, supporting "1-day stress-free processing" events.
- Manage application data diligently using our global tracking systems and iCMS profiles.
- Calibrate daily with operations leads to meet strict class ramp-up deadlines.
