Business & Compliance Officer - Auditing/Compliance (Gaming)

Act as primary contact for assigned B2B accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party accounts
- Set clear timelines, guidelines, and processes for all stakeholders
- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with complete agendas and follow-up actions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, processes, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by all parties
- Prepare and coordinate reports related to integration, issues, and revenue
- Serve as the first point of escalation for partner-related issues
- Facilitate problem-solving and recommend solutions to management
- Coordinate and participate in compliance-related on-site post-audit activities
- Support management directives and facilitate training sessions
- Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
- At least 4 years' experience in account management or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and productivity tools
- Experience in gaming, gambling, or with PAGCOR an advantage
