Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to support the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish. This role focuses on coordinating with content creators, managing deliverables, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for campaign requirements and timelines
• Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
• Monitor campaign progress and assist in performance reporting
• Ensure all published content adheres to platform standards and campaign objectives
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to fresh graduates)
• Agency experience is a plus
• Familiarity with content creation and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
