Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a TikTok Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to lead influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive online sales, brand awareness, and engagement. This role is ideal for someone experienced in TikTok marketing, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and creator partnerships within the local e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute TikTok affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates (local and regional)
- Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, onboarding, negotiations, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with creators to produce engaging short-form video content aligned with brand goals
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights (ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversions, GMV)
- Stay updated on TikTok Philippines trends, viral content, and algorithm updates
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to align campaigns with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada promotions
- Manage affiliate links, vouchers, and platform tools to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in TikTok marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee, and Lazada
- Experience working with Philippine-based influencers and KOLs preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
- Proficient in analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and/or Filipino)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setup
