Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling coffee products, coffee beans, and coffee equipment to businesses such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other establishments. The role focuses on generating new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell coffee products and coffee equipment.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course is an advantage.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
