DAVAO Outbound Sales Representative

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing UTAK POS within your territory by actively connecting with local businesses, generating your own leads, and building relationships with business owners. From store visits and prospecting to product demos and closing deals, you'll play a key role in helping MSMEs discover solutions that can improve and grow their operations!
- Territory Prospecting: You'll actively visit stores, businesses, and commercial areas to identify potential clients and generate new opportunities.
- Lead Generation: You'll build your own pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, walk-ins, and local market research.
- Business Outreach: You'll introduce UTAK POS to business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Product Demonstrations: You'll conduct engaging product presentations that show how UTAK POS can solve real operational challenges.
- Relationship Building: You'll develop strong connections with business owners and establish trust within your local market.
- Sales Conversion: You'll handle objections, negotiate when necessary, and guide prospects toward becoming customers.
- Pipeline Management: You'll maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities within your territory.
- Market Intelligence: You'll stay informed about local business trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for expansion.
- Client Onboarding Support: You'll help ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients as they begin using the platform.
- Territory Growth: You'll help strengthen UTAK POS' presence in Davao by consistently expanding our network and customer base.
