Social Media Manager | Onsite | Night Shift | Start ASAP
We're looking for a sharp, AI-savvy Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media presence across multiple established brands. This isn't a "post and forget" role — you'll be working directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape content strategy, drive engagement, and build brand authority across platforms.

What You'll Be Doing- Own and manage social media strategy and content across multiple brands and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team on brand vision, messaging, and content direction
- Develop content calendars, campaign strategies, and creative concepts that drive engagement and growth
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and bring fresh, data-informed ideas to the table
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and others) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
- Manage content scheduling and publishing using tools like SocialPilot or similar platforms
- Use design tools such as Canva (with AI features) to produce polished visual content
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategy based on what's working
- Coordinate with internal support teams for design, content distribution, and website publishing
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses (portfolio or examples preferred)
- Strong proficiency with AI tools — you actively use platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI image/video generators in your workflow
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a strong eye for brand voice and tone
- Experience developing content strategies, not just executing someone else's plan
- Familiarity with social media management platforms (SocialPilot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Comfortable working the night shift from our Cebu Business Park office (US Central Time hours, with flexibility)
- Strong organizational skills — you'll be managing content across multiple brands simultaneously
- Self-motivated and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do
- Experience with ecommerce brands or B2B service companies
- Background in video content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Knowledge of SEO and how social content supports broader digital marketing goals
- Experience with analytics and reporting dashboards
- Understanding of the outsourcing/BPO industry
