• We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to help a growing dental practice build a stronger presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• The practice has an established patient base, a growing focus on cosmetic and transformational dental work, and a library of 48 professionally produced videos ready to be repurposed into social content.
• This is a 6-month contract designed to test and grow the practice's social media presence, especially among younger audiences interested in smile transformations and cosmetic dentistry.

• Manage and grow the practice's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube presence
• Repurpose long form video content into Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short form content
• Use tools such as Opus Clips or similar platforms to create engaging video clips
• Write captions, hooks, descriptions, and calls to action for social content
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar
• Launch and grow the practice's existing TikTok account
• Develop a strategy to grow Instagram beyond 1,000 followers and continue building engagement
• Maintain regular Facebook posting for the existing patient community
• Explore sponsored post and influencer collaboration opportunities
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, follower growth, video views, and inbound inquiries
• Provide monthly reports with clear recommendations on what is working and what should be adjusted
• Participate in a 3-month midpoint review to evaluate progress and direction

• 48 professionally produced videos already available
• Active Facebook and Instagram accounts
• An unused TikTok account ready to launch
• A YouTube channel with video content
• Direct access to the practice owner for approvals, ideas, and creative input
• A clear 6-month goal to determine whether social media can help grow the cosmetic side of the practice

• 2 to 4+ years of experience managing social media for a business, brand, or service provider
• Experience growing Instagram accounts and improving engagement
• Experience launching or managing TikTok accounts
• Strong understanding of short form video content
• Experience repurposing long form video into Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
• Excellent written English for captions, hooks, and calls to action
• Ability to represent a professional healthcare brand with care and good judgment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar independently
• Comfortable reviewing analytics and making data informed recommendations
• Proactive communicator who keeps the client updated without needing to be chased

• Experience with dental, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or service-based brands
• Experience with sponsored posts or influencer collaborations
• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with Opus Clips, CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or similar tools
• Understanding of how transformation or before and after content performs online

• Instagram follower growth beyond 1,000 and continued audience building
• TikTok account launched and posting consistently
• Strong use of the existing 48 video assets across multiple platforms
• Consistent weekly content delivery
• Monthly reporting with clear next steps
• Measurable growth and useful data by the 3-month review
