Role Overview
Join Versa Innovations Corp. and be part of a team delivering reliable communication solutions to businesses and security agencies across the Philippines.This role combines customer support, permits processing, and operational coordination to ensure seamless service delivery for our two-way radio systems.
What you’ll be doing- Client Support
- Handle inquiries via phone, website, and social media
- Provide accurate information on products and services
- Manage inbound and outbound calls based on client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently
- Permits & Compliance
- Process and secure permits (e.g., NTC requirements)
- Track validity and ensure timely renewals
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation
- Operations Support
- Process reseller transactions following company guidelines
- Manage SIM card loading and status monitoring
- Support service continuity and issue resolution
- Perform occasional fieldwork when required
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (any course)
- Open to fresh graduates
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or admin support is an advantage
- Experience in permits, registrations, or documentation is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
