Bank Financial Services Officer

Job Description:

• Process and monitor car loan applications.
• Coordinate with banks for loan approvals and releases.
• Monitor loan status and ensure prompt release of collections.
• Maintain updated knowledge of bank rates, promotions, and financing policies.
• Ensure compliance with company and bank financing standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate financing records and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner banks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, or any related four-year course.
• Strong understanding of basic financial concepts, account management, and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good analytical and numerical ability with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple accounts and tasks.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Willing to be assigned in our Mambaling Branch.
