Job Description
We are hiring Financial Account Specialists to assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, and transactions while providing professional customer support.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
- Assist with payments, billing concerns, and account updates
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training provided for financial processes and systems
- Must have at least 6 months of call center experience
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
