Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Cebu operations team. This position is suited for experienced BPO professionals who can provide process guidance, support frontline agents, and help maintain service quality across the account.
In this role, you will act as a key resource for handling complex cases, assisting team members, and ensuring that standard procedures are consistently followed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Previous SME experience is an advantage but not required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, or similar tools)
- Comfortable working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary package: ₱22,000 – ₱28,000 (based on experience)
