Operations Auditor

• Promotes the use of Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers.
• Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities
• Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that these manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies
• Performs audit of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOP's
• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations
• Review and analyis of Shipment Discrepancy for Vizmin
• Checking of Truck movement Log
• Monitoring and analysis of pending RPO, Pending Post Receive and Production Output
• Documentation of audit process
• Conduct Truck Audit
• Do other assigned tasks

• BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course.
• Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or minimum of 1 year in an audit position
• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration
• Preferably with ERP experience
• Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills is a must.
• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
• Must have experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
• Must have above average computer skills
