OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Must be a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration or any related course.
• Experience:
• Must have a 3-5 years experience as a Operations Supervisor in a restaurant or any hospitality industry.
• Solid knowledge in a restaurant operations including kitchen, front office, and the like
• Staff Management:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including waiters, bartenders, utilities, kitchen staff, etc.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee work hours
• Customer Service:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
• Address customer’s concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and improve overall customer experience.
• Operational Oversight:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staffs.
• Leadership Abilities:
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to render extended hours on duty.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willing to work on holidays and weekends.
