HR Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of core HR functions and grow with a company that is still building and expanding.

We are in the e-commerce industry, and our company is approaching 4 years in business. Since we are still a small team, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, take on meaningful responsibilities, and grow together with the company.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring
• Manage employee records, 201 files, and HR documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave monitoring, and employee concerns
• Assist in payroll coordination and government-mandated benefits
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee discipline processes
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Help build a strong HR foundation as the company continues to grow

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of HR experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable in HR processes and Philippine labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Can work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
• Willing to grow with a fast-moving company
