About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our remote team in the Philippines. This role is central to managing client communications, compliance deadlines, and workflow tracking for Australian accounting firm clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Track jobs and lodgements in practice management software.
- Communicate proactively with clients (reminders, follow-ups, updates).
- Monitor WIP and billing status, liaising with Australian accountants.
- Handle ASIC corporate secretarial work (annual review reminders, digital lodgements, maintaining registers).
- Support client service activities, such as newsletters and webinar coordination.
- Coordinate workflow across Philippine-based admin teams and Australian teams.
- 2-5 years' experience in or supporting an Australian accounting firm (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and client service processes.
- Proficiency in Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems (XPM, CAS360, BGL, Karbon).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple client deadlines and workflows effectively.tion to detail.
