CSR ( Dental Service Coordinator)

o Work closely with the on-site dental team to ensure smooth coordination of insurance benefits, accurate billing, and a seamless experience for patients.
o Verify patients' dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to scheduled appointments.
o Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims.
o Follow up on pending or denied claims and coordinate corrections when needed.
o Collaborate with front office staff and treatment coordinators to align benefits with treatment plans.
o Inform the on-site dental team about the patient financial responsibilities, including copayments and uncovered services.
o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient data and adhere to current standards and regulations concerning access to medical records.
o Provide courteous, professional service to the internal team.

o Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional telephone manners.
o Minimum 2 years of experience in dental insurance verification, billing, or dental front office operations (U.S. dental practices preferred) OR equivalent experience in customer or patient-facing role in customer service.
o Familiarity with U.S. dental insurance plans, claim procedures, and CDT codes preferred.
o Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
o Willingness to work during U.S. CST hours.
o Bachelor's degree required.
