- Coordinate daily dispatch of hogs, ensuring timely and complete deliveries
- Oversee truck loading to maintain product quality and proper livestock handling
- Enforce biosecurity, cold-chain, and safety protocols
- Conduct sample collection and assist in laboratory testing and analysis
- Prepare reports and coordinate with relevant personnel for diagnostics
- Verify stock availability and align orders with the sales team
- Ensure accurate documentation and implement FIFO practices
- Monitor and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- Schedule transport, brief drivers, and address delivery issues
- Track delivery costs, fuel usage, and transport performance metrics (KPIs)
- Coordinate with customers and sales team on delivery updates and concerns
- Ensure professional handling of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with permits, biosecurity, and safety regulations
- Maintain documentation and report any operational issues
- Perform other related tasks as required
