LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control
• Oversee logistics scheduling to ensure timely deliveries to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Ensure compliance with FMCG standards for product handling, storage, and distribution
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal sales teams for smooth operations
• Prepare logistics and warehouse reports for management review
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in warehouse and logistics functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in FMCG
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse procedures, and transport coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/WMS systems is an advantage
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
