We are looking for a Regional Payroll Specialist who acts as a bridge between payroll processing and financial planning, ensuring that payroll costs are anticipated, recorded, and managed in line with the company's financial strategy. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Generate Payroll Reports: Prepare headquarters and country-level summaries and detailed
- Work closely with the People & Culture (P&C) and Finance &/ Asset Management (AM) teams
- Keep up-to-date with payroll regulations at the federal, state, and local levels to ensure our
- Provide the Finance AM team with accurate and timely payroll expense data, which is crucial
- Work closely with the Regional P&C Manager to resolve any payroll-related discrepancies and
- Utilize payroll software with proficiency and recommend upgrades to enhance payroll
- Ensure data integrity in the reports, and work with the Regional P&C Manager to resolve any
- Manage and secure payroll records following company policies and legal requirements.
- Analyze current payroll procedures and recommend improvements to develop best practices
- Other ad hoc requests are assigned by the manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and other related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (hotel industry experience will be an advantage).
- High level of accuracy in handling figures and financial data.
- Ability to analyze information and create reports that help inform decision-making.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with payroll software and strong Excel skills.
