Procurement Officer – Hotel, Commercial Offices, and Shared Spaces

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support the purchasing needs of our hotel pre-opening team, property management operations, and co-working spaces. This position entails direct coordination with department heads and engagement with the Chairman for procurement approvals, making it a highly visible and trusted role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Procurement
  • Handle end-to-end sourcing of FF&E and OS&E for hotel pre-opening.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and project timelines.
  • Prepare procurement reports and seek direct approval from the Chairman for high-value or brand-sensitive purchases.
  • Property Management
  • Procure goods and services for building operations and tenant support.
  • Coordinate with building administrators and site engineers for specific technical or operational needs.
  • Submit consolidated proposals for recurring contracts to the Chairman for review and final approval.
  • Co-Working Spaces
  • Oversee supply chain for fast-moving, flexible office environments.
  • Source furnishings, pantry provisions, and tech-related office equipment.
  • Elevate critical procurement matters and vendor negotiations directly to the Chairman for decision-making as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, ideally across hospitality, property, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working in roles requiring executive-level engagement or board approvals is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple streams under pressure.
