Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze procurement reports and dashboards on a regular basis, including weekly/monthly KPIs (TAT, savings, PR-to-PO throughput) and quarterly/annual spend data with supplier segmentation
- Support the Procurement Head in reviewing, auditing, updating, and training procurement procedures under IMS
- Serve as super user for procurement systems, conducting UAT for system enhancements or new implementations
- Maintain procurement-related master data, including catalogues, purchasing orgs, and categories
- Act as Bid Committee (BidCom) Secretariat for APMC
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business management or any similar field
- With 2 years of related working experience is an advantage
- With Procurement & Supply Chain Certification from PISM, IPSCM or PASIA is an advantage
- Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, SRM and other applications)
- Can operate various office equipment e.g. printer, fax, copier, scanner, typewriter, etc.
- Proficient in oral and written communication, both in English and Filipino.
- Has good business presentation skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking
