Marketing and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Assistant to join our team at The Clubhouse at Acropolis Loyola. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, events, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course
• Open to fresh graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and execute digital marketing efforts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
2. Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of sports and social programs to increase clubhouse usage and revenue
3. Create engaging marketing content (photos, videos, captions, promotions)
4. Develop and manage Facebook Ads and other online campaigns to generate inquiries
5. Respond promptly to all social media and direct inquiries regarding rates, facilities, and services

1. Manage scheduling and calendar of all bookings for clubhouse facilities and amenities
2. Prepare contracts and documentation for event and facility bookings
3. Monitor and follow up on client payments; ensure event confirmations
4. Provide clients with clubhouse rules and guidelines for facilities and events
5. Coordinate with clients before and during events to ensure smooth execution
6. Monitor and document electrical equipment usage and load requirements during events
7. Assist in the overall day-to-day operations of the clubhouse
8. Ensure proper coordination with maintenance and operations teams for event readiness
