We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about numbers, organized in handling financial data, and eager to grow their career in accounting and finance.

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare, process, and reconcile financial documents and reports
• Assist with payroll, bank reconciliation, and expense monitoring
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for billing and payments
• Ensure accurate filing and safekeeping of accounting records
• Provide support to the Finance team in audits and month-end closing

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• At least 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome)
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
