Manage financial records using QuickBooks.
Handle payroll and ensure accurate payments.
Create invoices and billing with precision.
Keep records up-to-date with fast data entry.
Utilize MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills are required.
2+ Years of US (remote) Accounting Assistant experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Experience with payroll and billing.
Strong data entry skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
