Learning & Development Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging and effective learning interventions that support employee capability development.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
- Ensure facilitator readiness, materials completeness, and session quality.
- Support internal subject matter experts and trainers during delivery.
- Support the design and rollout of learning programs aligned with approved learning plans.
- Assist in translating learning strategies into actionable programs and modules.
- Customize learning content to address specific departmental or role-based needs.
- Support needs analysis and contribute to annual training plan development.
- Ensure learning programs are aligned with competency frameworks and business priorities.
- Ensure efficient use of learning resources while maintaining program quality.
- Track learning-related expenses and monitor budget utilization.
- Recommend cost-efficient delivery methods (e.g., internal facilitation, digital tools).
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to optimize learning costs.
- Ensure learning activities are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to support learning execution.
- Coordinate with department heads and HR partners on training schedules and requirements.
- Gather stakeholder feedback to improve learning relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates on training progress, completion, and participation.
- Support alignment of learning initiatives with operational needs.
- Apply business understanding to ensure learning initiatives support performance outcomes.
- Align learning delivery with operational realities and business priorities.
- Support programs that enhance productivity, service quality, and leadership capability.
- Monitor post-training application and identify gaps impacting performance.
- Ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of learning initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and documentation for training programs.
- Track attendance, completion, and post-training evaluations.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Support data collection for learning impact and compliance reporting
Qualifications/Requirements
Education- Degree in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or any related 4-year course
- With relevant units or exposure in Training, Facilitation, or Organizational Development
- Profession: at least 4–6 years in Learning & Development, Training, or related HR functions
- Leadership: at least 1–2 years in a team lead, project lead, or training coordination role
- Learning Facilitation
- Training Design and Development
- Customer Service or Service Excellence
- Basic Leadership or Supervisory Training
- Certified Trainer (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of LMS or LXP platforms
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Profession: at least 4–6 years in Learning & Development, Training, or related HR functions
- Leadership: at least 1–2 years in a team lead, project lead, or training coordination role
