Job Description:
- Monitor driver performance, enforce safety protocols, and conduct training.
- Plan delivery routes and resolve transpo challenges to improve productivity,
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver activities to ensure operational efficiency and profitability align with established performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to government transportation regulations and transpo safety compliance.
- Assist in managing and monitoring of transportation budget and cost control
- Has own motorcycle and can drive/ride it
- College Graduate (Bachelors degree of any business related course or industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant logistics/transportation management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
