The IT Staff is responsible for maintaining the company’s computer systems, network infrastructure, and IT equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring that all IT resources are functioning efficiently.
The IT Staff will assist employees with technical concerns and help maintain the security and reliability of the organization’s information technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for computers, printers, internet connectivity, and other IT equipment.
