Job Overview
We are seeking a Chinese-speaking IT Staff to support coordination with IT engineers from our China Headquarters in migrating the current network system to a new platform. This role will also assist in post-migration system operations and act as a key point of contact between the local team and the China HQ IT department.
The ideal candidate will support communication between teams, ensuring smooth coordination, alignment of system requirements, and effective implementation of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with IT engineers from China HQ regarding network system migration.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the new system rollout.
- Support daily system operations after migration.
- Act as a point of contact between the local office and China HQ IT team.
- Translate and communicate technical requirements and updates between teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to supervisors/management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
- Candidate Background
- Nationality is not limited to Chinese nationals.
- Overseas Chinese or qualified local candidates are welcome.
- Selection will prioritize cost efficiency while ensuring competence and capability.
- Target Profile
- Fresh graduates or recent university graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background in Logistics, Information Technology, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Mandatory Requirements
- Can speak Mandarin , Hokkien; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
