Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data, trends, and reports to identify business performance and profitability.
• Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to help improve the company’s financial position.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compare actual performance against forecasts.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Track financial performance against budget and suggest adjustments to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Create presentations to communicate financial results, including detailed explanations of variances.
• Support external audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.

Cost Management:

• Analyze costs and recommend strategies for cost control and cost reduction initiatives.
• Assess the financial impact of operational decisions and suggest ways to optimize spending.

Financial Modeling:

• Build and maintain financial models to predict future financial performance based on various scenarios.
• Perform scenario analysis and provide insights on the potential impact of different business decisions.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure financial practices comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify financial risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as accounting, sales, marketing, and operations to gather data and align financial strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters and decision-making.
