Financial Analyst

We help Americans unlock wealth and free themselves from the corporate day-to-day grind through acquisition. We're a rapidly growing firm and we're looking for a Financial Analyst / Valuation Model Creator to join our lean, remote team to help our clients in processing deals.

Your Main Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Financial Analyst who'll work with our client's deals to take the information we've organized for them to:

1. Prepare a valuation model based on our templated financial model
2. Decide whether the deal has potential to cash flow and be a good deal (financially)
3. Come up with 1-3 options for structuring the deal that make sense

Improving and simplifying our financial model would also be a bonus.

You Should Have:

• 2+ years experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)
• Exposure to building financial models
• Exposure to going through P&L statements, balance sheets, add-backs, etc
• Experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal
• A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
• Excellent analytical skills
• Intellectual curiosity and rigor
