Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will play an essential role in nurturing and expanding our key customer relationships. You will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key customers, understanding their business needs and challenges
- Serves as the main contact of key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams including Order Processing, Customer Service, AR and Credit, Operations
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on account status, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- With strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
