As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Support professional to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Support team member, you will play a vital role in supporting a busy sales function by managing administration, coordinating schedules, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.- Manage day-to-day sales administration tasks to support multiple sales representatives
- Organize and file client photos, documents, and records accurately within company systems
- Coordinate absence bookings, mileage claims, and internal administrative requests
- Plan calendars, schedule meetings, and send calendar invitations
- Assist with travel planning and route coordination for sales representatives
- Prepare and send professional follow-up emails after client meetings
- Maintain and update HubSpot CRM records, including meeting notes and pipeline updates
- Create and issue sales quotations using approved templates
- Identify missing information or CRM discrepancies and escalate appropriately
- Manage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks
- Support internal communication and coordination across the sales team
- Ensure inbound sales enquiries and shared inboxes are responded to promptly and professionally
- Help create structure, organization, and accountability within a fast-paced sales environment
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Internal Sales, Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Strong experience managing calendars, inboxes, and administrative workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong emotional intelligence and professional communication style
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
