As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator – Estimating to join our growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Administrator – Estimating, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and estimating function by processing customer quotation requests accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
  • Process customer estimate and quotation requests accurately and within agreed turnaround times
  • Interpret customer specifications, drawings, schedules, and technical requirements
  • Select and apply correct product codes, configurations, and pricing within company systems
  • Identify specification gaps and recommend compliant or value-engineered alternatives
  • Advise Sales and internal stakeholders on best-fit product options and solutions
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaise with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to resolve queries and clarifications
  • Ensure estimates comply with product capabilities, pricing rules, and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation
  • Proactively manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Support wider sales and processing teams during peak periods and business demands
  • Continuously build product, systems, and specification knowledge to improve performance and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Estimating, Order Processing, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy and organizational skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, ERP platforms, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of product codes, configurations, and system-based processing
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently at pace without compromising quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of IT literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
