About the Role
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Manager / IT Senior Manager to lead and strengthen our enterprise-wide technology operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, digital systems, cybersecurity framework, and technology-driven initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.
Based in Cebu City, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and innovation of CLI’s technology ecosystem while driving digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT strategies, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with CLI’s business goals
- Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and enterprise systems
- Lead IT modernization, digital transformation, and system enhancement projects from planning to execution
- Ensure strong cybersecurity protocols, data privacy compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery measures
- Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, procurement, and technology investments to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Provide strategic technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and end-users across departments
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team focused on service excellence, innovation, and operational reliability
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions to enhance organizational productivity and competitiveness
- Establish IT performance metrics, service standards, and reporting mechanisms to support executive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, security standards, and corporate governance policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in real estate, construction, property development, or enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in:
- IT infrastructure and network management
- Enterprise applications and systems integration
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- IT project management
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional IT teams and large-scale organizational technology operations
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Experience in ERP systems, cloud technologies, and business systems modernization is highly advantageous
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco, or related credentials are preferred
