UST is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in omni-channel integrations (including Enhanced Chat), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think critically and act proactively.

The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of initiatives, and provide technical leadership to drive high-quality, scalable solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced, scalable Salesforce solutions
Implement omni-channel integrations (e.g., Enhanced Chat, Service Cloud omnichannel routing, external systems)
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable solutions
Serve as a technical SME for Salesforce development and integration best practices
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues efficiently
Drive performance, scalability, and system optimization initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
Proven experience with omni-channel capabilities such as Enhanced Chat and real-time customer engagement solutions
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and think critically
Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading developers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect preferred)
Experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel routing, and customer service technologies
Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
