Airconditioning technician

Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for air-conditioning and building systems based on scheduled inspections.
• Conduct aircon troubleshooting, repair, installation, and replacement of defective spare parts.
• Monitor and inspect aircon performance, functions, and overall equipment condition daily.
• Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues; report major concerns to management.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to ensure continuous operations.
• Prepare maintenance and inspection reports, including recommendations for process and equipment improvements.

• Male
• High school graduate, college graduate, or vocational/technical course graduate.
• With or without DOMRAC NC II certification; candidates with NC II certification are preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, VRF systems, VFD controls, and different types of air conditioning units.
• Capable of performing preventive and corrective maintenance, including monitoring and inspection of equipment performance and condition.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to respond to maintenance requests, field assignments, and emergency equipment breakdowns.
