Position: (1) Deputy General Manager for Production

• Responsible for production planning, coordination, and control.
• Manage production operations, including inventory control, scheduling, documentation, equipment maintenance, calibration, shipping, and quality control/inspection.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude that reflects the company's commitment to quality, improvement, and respect.
• Communicate effectively with the Managing Director, Sales Team, and Production Team to meet production, sales, and customer goals.
• Provide technical/engineering support to production, department facilities, equipment, and safety.
• Plan, evaluate, and implement projects to improve cost and productivity, optimizing design, layout, and production yield.
• Monitor and achieve Continual Improvement Programs.
• Reduce production losses and obsolete inventory through better planning, cycle time, and inventory control.
• Meet assigned goals and help others achieve their objectives.

• Graduate of Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences or any related course
• With more than 10 years’ experience in supervising manufacturing company and observance of corporate philosophy on health and safety
• At least 5 years of experience in Japan's machinery/system industry.
• With training in plastic injection & certificate in molding product inspection service
• With certificate of slinging skill training and with crane operation certificate
• With Occupational Health and Safety Management training certificate
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001: 2000
• Assigned and trained in various branches of the main company, both in Japan and abroad.
