Job Title : Factory General Manager

Job Description & Functions:
The Factory General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations in the factory, ensuring the efficient production process, maintaining quality control, managing the workforce, and ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.

The successful candidate will also contribute to long-term strategic planning and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the factory.
Ensure production targets are met, maintaining high levels of efficiency.
Manage the factory’s workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
Monitor and optimize production costs and budgets.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth.
Maintain compliance with quality control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications Requirements:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional License: Not required
Experience: At least 15 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
Skills/Training: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of production management, budgeting, and safety standards.
