Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst oversees QA, QA customer-provided data, Content Collection and transform into global profile that can be used by broader client base.This role requires deep expertise in both Irwin Investor Relations Platform 's functional and technical processes to analyze and optimize data management workflows.
- Demonstrated deep expertise in both the functional and technical processes of Irwin Investor Relations Platform.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize data management workflows, including bounce back email handling, IRM profile review, and profile merging.
- Experience in leading quality assurance efforts, establishing metrics, conducting audits, and providing actionable insights.
- Subject matter expertise in data quality related to uploads and profile management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical and process bottlenecks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to partner with leadership to define and track quality-related goals.

- Bachelor’s degree
