IT Business Analyst AND IT Project Manager - (Insurance/Healthcare)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is not only skilled in traditional BA tasks but also highly detailed-oriented and demonstrates a strong ability to identify action items and follow through to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for technology projects using interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information from stakeholders. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with a detailed and thorough approach.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights effectively, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Functional Specifications: Create detailed functional specifications that clearly define system requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that specifications are feasible and aligned with business objectives, ensuring all requirements are captured with precision.
• Process Mapping: Document and analyze existing business processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Ensure process maps are accurate and reflect the current state with meticulous detail.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the development and execution of test cases. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that technology solutions meet requirements, following through on identified defects and action items to resolution.
• Change Management: Assist with change management activities to ensure that stakeholders are informed and prepared for system changes. Follow through on change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, IT teams, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Follow through on stakeholder communication and action items arising from discussions.

IT Project Manager

Project Planing and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Implement effective change management strategies to address project scope changes.

Technical Oversight:

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet

Stakeholder Management:
