Job Summary: Assists the Region Finance Supervisor in executing finance functions within the area to optimize business profitability, safeguard company assets and liabilities, and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compiles financial and management reports for the area in line with the business unit’s financial policies.
- Supports the Region Finance team in collecting data and assumptions from functional departments regarding year-end estimates and budget projections, aligned with business plans and strategies.
- Ensures accurate recognition by conducting thorough analysis of reported fund balances, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and government regulations.
- Addresses queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, customers, vendors, and government agencies, specific to the area.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Possesses good interpersonal relationship skills, strong managerial and leadership skills, and analytical capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literate (knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP and MS Office is an advantage
