We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Cebu City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic decision-making for both ongoing operations and project-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and support project financial reviews
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
• Review operational expenses and recommend cost optimization strategies
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial analyst or related role, preferably in a project-based or construction-related industry
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City and can start immediately
