Internal Audit Senior Manager | Onsite - Night Shift

• Work Schedule: Weekdays; Night Shift (Starts at 8 PM)
• Industry: Logistics/Transportation Spend Management (TSM) Solutions

About the Job:

You will mentor high-performing teams, optimize processes, and implement initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Audit Supervisors and Managers across global client accounts.
• Ensure effective execution of audit processes to identify and resolve exceptions.
• Analyze operational performance against KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Drive automation and standardization of workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and coach teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point for clients and carriers, providing timely resolution.
• Facilitate training, CAPA documentation, and maintain SOPs/work instructions.
• Participate in audit reviews and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years' managerial experience in technology, logistics, or BPO with a focus on operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or process improvement certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
