About the role
Join the dynamic team, as a full-time Inventory Analyst. In this vital position, you will play a key role in optimizing the company's inventory management processes and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Based in our Kalawaan Pasig City Metro Manila office, you will be an integral part of our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics division.
What you'll be doing- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, trends, and forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and generate comprehensive reports
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and imbalances
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures
- Provide support and training to warehouse and logistics personnel on inventory management best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory control systems and processes
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Formal education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred
