Job Summary:

The On-Premise HORECA Sales Executive – Metro Manila is responsible for managing sales and execution within the Hotel, Restaurant, Café (HORECA) and nightlife channels based in Metro Manila. This role focuses on increasing product availability, driving volume, and strengthening brand presence in high-traffic on-premise accounts such as bars, clubs, lounges, hotels, and premium restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Execution & Account Development
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, improve numeric and weighted distribution, and grow account base in Metro Manila cities.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities in on-premise establishments, including hotels, bars, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Develop customer-specific sales strategies to increase volume, visibility, and repeat purchases.
  1. Account Management
  • Manage and grow key on-premise accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing, and promotional agreements in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure stock availability and timely deliveries by coordinating with distributors and supply chain teams.
  1. Brand & Trade Execution
  • Implement brand standards, POS materials, and visibility tools in outlets.
  • Roll out brand activations, sampling events, product launches, and trade promotions.
  • Train outlet staff (bartenders, waiters, hotel F&B teams) on brand knowledge, upselling, and product handling.
  1. Market Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and trade deals in the HORECA sector.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, sales performance, and activation effectiveness.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to management.
  1. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure full support for on-ground sales execution.
  • Align with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns tailored to the Metro Manila market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in on-premise sales, preferably in beverage, liquor, or foodservice industries.
  • Deep understanding of the Metro Manila HORECA landscape, with strong local network and account knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila Area
