General Manager's Assistant

Job Description

1. Receive, organize, classify, and forward ERP client information to the appropriate department heads for follow-up.
2. Assist in managing and updating ERP-related records and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
3. Handle the check-in and inventory verification of oil collectors entering the facility, including related record keeping.
4. Manage and monitor the company website and inquiry channels, including responding to and forwarding customer inquiries.
5. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and information transfer.
6. Perform other administrative and clerical duties assigned by management.

1. Bachelor’s degree or college-level education in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred.
2. Strong communication and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
4. Good organizational and data management skills.
5. Able to handle daily administrative tasks.
6. Willing to do field work.
7. Experience with ERP systems, administrative work, or customer service is an advantage. 8. With a valid driver’s license (preferred).
