Job Summary
The Business Development Associate supports the company’s growth initiatives by identifying potential clients, assisting in partnership development, and coordinating business opportunities. The role focuses on expanding presence in South NCR and requires strong communication and client-facing skills.
Duties and Responsibilities- Identify and develop business opportunities within South NCR
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts
- Assist in executing business development and market expansion strategies
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports
- Perform market research and competitor analysis within assigned area
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for project execution
- Monitor and update sales pipeline and client database
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and partnership opportunities
- Represent the company in client engagements and external meetings
- Support achievement of business growth and revenue targets
- And any duties that may be assigned from time to time
